Hi Filip, thanks for your awesome work!

I moved the French translations for Values and Code of conduct to the
.lang system. Still, I believe the localised index.php files will
still be used until they are removed and replaced by links to the
.lang system.
Can I ask you to do the change? I believe that you understand the way
it should be done way better than me.
