If you do have commit rights, you can see it after logging into
identity.mageia.org :
In the left column, above "uid" you should see a field "sshPublicKey"

If that field isn't there, you do not have commit rights.

If you do have commit rights, you can't commit as long as you didn't
add your public key.

Oh, and also, you must make sure that ~/.ssh/id_rsa isn't world readable.
chmod 0600 /home/<your_username>/.ssh/id_rsa fixes that.
