Actually, looking deeper, we do have a check in pre-commit, but I'm
not sure why some files still went through:

* http://svnweb.mageia.org/adm/puppet/modules/subversion/templates/syntax_check.sh?revision=HEAD
* http://svnweb.mageia.org/adm/puppet/modules/subversion/manifests/init.pp?view=markup#l95

If anyone has an idea of the why, or a patch...
