[Mageia-i18n] Which time zones are we in?

Hi there,

one point that was mentioned recently on the ml is that the meeting time 
is not very comfortable for those of us not coming from Europe.
So we should decide wether we can have meetings at different times.
To organize this, I'd ask each team leader to answer to this mail, 
telling us which time zone he's in:

e.g. <obgr_seneca> Germany UTC+1/2
