[Mageia-i18n] system-config-printer texts not uptodate

I've commented in the bug report.
In short: the strings are only translated in Fedora transifex, but not
sync in source git. When we package/update from the upstream, the
strings remain untranslated.

Such problem should be reported to Fedora, though.
