[Mageia-i18n] Translation of "Constitution"

Hi, everybody.

I hope that I'm very much wrong at the feeling that Constitution
refinement didn't move by much in last 3 months. Please prove me wrong
;). Anyway I would like to remember all of us on this heavy but
important topic. I'm translating existing text from English page[1].
It's a huge challenge for me but it needs to be done. For now I
noticed some differences in markup between French and English version.
Not critical at all but it shows that the meaning is not the only
thing that can be lost in translation ;).

And now question about the meaning of one sentence. The following
phrase is used in description of members for example.
In original it goes:
Ils sont rééligibles.
translated as
Afterwards, they are re-elegible.

Does that mean:
They can be re-elected?

Is this list the right one to ask such question(s)?

Have a nice day,
Filip.
