[Mageia-i18n] Estonian value page switched from php to lang system

Let me explain again that "thing" about switching page from html(php)
to lang system. We only need to switch pages which already existed
before lang system. For our convenience such pages are marked with
"old page" in our report (http://www.mageia.org/langs/report.php). As
an example you can check donate pages for many currently inactive (at
least on web pages) translators. Such pages do exist and they work but
they don't use lang system and can even look different. I can commit
such switches when lang file have none or at least very little
untranslated or missing strings in the future.
