[Mageia-i18n] Minor typos in English translation of Statutes

Hi!

Is it possible to fix typos in English version of Mageia Constitution  
(mageia.org_statutes_en.md): honoroary (line 100, should be "honorary"),  
elegible (lines 143, 173, should be "eligible"), upto (line 268, should be  
"up to"), memebers (line 292, should be "members"), subcriptions (line  
373, should be "subscriptions")?
