Just to make sure. I'm not saying you shouldn't build a plan neither
discuss it with the team here and others. We need a plan. And your
draft structure looks good.

But be careful to keep it as small/focused as possible, practical with
clear objectives per milestones and with actual action dates (so we
can retro-plan, say starting with RC release - yes, that's short).
Both for the final release in June, and for the long term (brainstorm
session to design for this Summer &amp; the project per-se).

sure, as you can see in the marketing plan we have a mid-term action plan and a short-term one. the current situation will be taken in consideration to elaborate our strategies, in both plans. naturally in the short-term action plan there will be no radical or important change, as the time is running out fast.

PS= i tried the installation of the beta 1 and it didn't install a lot of packages (among the others, kde one!), i hope live cds will be out soon!!
