[Mageia-marketing] Release notes update needed - E17 themes

Hi there,

just wanted to drop a note that Release Notes needs an
update for the newly added, really beautiful and partly animated
Mageia E17 themes, made by Agust, which can be seen at
https://forums.mageia.org/en/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=2061
I could do a draft, but i'd prefer if that could be done by someone
who's more used to marketing'ish / advertising writing stuff,
because i totally suck at that.

An important point is that those themes are for now
exclusive to Mageia, and created by a Mageia user, who
recently joined forces with artwork team, IIRC.

PS: I'm not subscribed to the list, so please make sure you
use "Reply to All" function so i'll also get follow-up mails.
