[Mageia-marketing] Team elections

Hi Trish

Good this is being done now. I thought about contacting you about it, 
because the translations team (i18n) was doing it.

Agreed it was not clear in the meeting about how many people could be 
team council representatives.

Sounds good to me giving it 24-48 hours or so for the time zones, and 
then voting :).
