well, for consistency with the locale, it should be
pt_br 
( yeah, I am psychorigid, but consistency is what permit easy automation )

za is the TLD of south afrika, afrikaans language is af, according to 
wikipedia : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afrikaans

za as a iso 639 code is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zhuang_language

( No, I do not know them all, I check on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes ).
