we didn't really decide to install bugzilla, according to the meeting agenda for
monday. While it may be the one we end to choose, it doesn't have xml-rpc 
(requested by stormi for mageia-app-db, see discuss ml) and it is notable that 
users do find bugzilla intuitive. So i think we should first gather functionnal 
requirements before deploying it ( not to mention that we may end using a forked code
, which would requires a different methodology ).

( but indeed, wr should send the agenda on a public ml :/ )
