Since I have enabled error messages ( commit 166 and 202 ) sent by mail,
we now receive error when puppet apply a manifest.

This one failed because the /home/buildbot/.iurt.cauldron.conf file
cannot be created, because /home/buildbot do not exist.

So 2 questions :
- do we really need to have a hidden config file ( afaik, this was done
mainly to not clutter the home directory of regular user ), and do we
really need to place iurt configuration file in /home/foo when foo is
not a real user but a system one ?.

Wouldn't it make sense to do like any other software and place it
in /etc/iurt/iurt.cauldron.conf ?
