Shall I suggest we place it in a different path so we know what should
be updated from somewhere else. Ie, we keep modules for our own module
and something like extern_modules for those we use written by someone
else, along a note telling where they do come from ?

I would also suggest that we switch to git in the future to use git
submodule as the puppet community is very git oriented, but this is
clearly not a priority since I susepct that not everybody know git and
since we lack proper git hooks to check everything before commit.
