never tried pfixtools, i have some exp with postgrey, sqlgray and
policyd.
In any case i am quite happy restricting graylisting to what appear to
be client ranges (most spammer nowadays use botnets) and avoid risking
false positives from poor souls trapped behing a bugged mta.
I am also very happy with dnswl, but it has now become a paid service.
