[Mageia-sysadm] file unmanaged by puppet

Hi,

while trying to understand why rpm-manbo-setup was still in the
repository , I stumbled on /etc/cron.d/build
[root at valstar cron.d]# cat build 
# $Id$
# (blino) keep the logs, needed to debug upload issues
# if in trouble, use PLOG_DEBUG=1
* * * * * schedbot ulri; emi
# clean /uploads
#0 5 * * * 

Am I wrong, it is not in puppet, and so should be added ? Or that's just
a leftover ?

( and if added in puppet, in what class, as we did separate gatherer
from scheduler )
