Yup, but it need to be written, and so to have a minimum of
specification.

Personnaly, something very simple :
 
mirror-command remove -m "message" $package, that :
- remove the srpm and binary rpm from mirror, only from cauldron, ( or
move it to old )
- move svn to old
- move bin-repos to old
- log this in a db so we can do later a search for seeing why and by
whom something was removed.
- use ssh to connect on valstar, and that use the same infrastructure
based on ldap group

We could also allows to use this to move from core to tainted, etc.

I think we were ok on changelog@, iirc the meetings. I can create it if
we agree on the name.
