I will take the request, but since adding a ml can be done by any admin
( at least, I hope this is simple enough, even if the only documentation
is looking at previous svn commit for the moment, or cut and past from
deployment/lists/manifest/init.pp ), I think this should be sent on the
ml.

I would also prefer to have the english name of the language, as I add
this in description. I usually take them from iana, but it list for
example several name for ro :
romanian, moldavian, moldavan. 

And zh_tw is not in the list either
( http://www.iana.org/assignments/language-subtag-registry ).

What should be the good one ?
