Ok, so as usual, I forgot this.

So for people who didn't subscribe yet, you need to open a account on
catdap, and later subscribe using https://ml.mageia.org/ 
( interface should be quite straight forward, but do not hesitate to ask
me here if you have questions ).

I have committed the change.
