Where can I get the sha1/md5 signing key 0xDA10B483, since it isn't
on the gpg key servers?

My download of the i586 dvd has passed the md5/sha1 sum tests, but
I'd also like to be able to validate the gpg signatures of those
checksums.  Where can I get a copy of the public key?
