[Mageia-sysadm] Bittorrent setup planning proposal

I talked about this (need to have a bt server and a team of seeders) in mid-
December,but few paid attention to me.
However, we are having increasing success in the project and it is certainly
 necessary to use Bittorrent.
I am ready to participate and lead / organize (if necessary) a team of
seeders.
