[Mageia-sysadm] ML request for QAteam

Hi,

Can we create qateam at mageia.org as a new ML to mange QA guys, tasks 
and requests?
This ML can be public for now as we don't have security bug fix 
request for the moment.
Perhaps we should put it private after the Mageia 1 release.

Please add me as the admin of this ML for now.
