[Mageia-sysadm] release 1 directory on mirrors

For a mirror that's fine. Just make sure of the hardlinking... I'd
rather you just did

#  cp -al devel distrib/N

and then change what must be different than try to hardlink only what
you think is the same. This way there's no risk of missing hard links
(as has happened in other distros...).
