[Mageia-sysadm] perl modules shipped by mageia - the web site!

magpie has been submitted to infra_1 repository, so it's now available
to install on Mageia servers.

I think we can make the website available at http://pkgcpan.mageia.org/stats/
(or an other directory name instead of "stats"). Would that be ok, or
should we keep this separate from pkgcpan, and use a different vhost ?
