[Mageia-sysadm] Bugzilla security fixes

Hi all,

CC'ing this mailing list in bug 40 wasn't successful.

Some time ago DMorgan inquired here how to proceed with upgrading our 
Bugzilla. Since then not much happened.

He didn't say the upgrade would solve some security issues. I don't know 
if he wasn't aware because we forgot to set the "Security" keyword 
(sorry for that :-[ ), or if the security issues Frédéric Buclin from 
upstream referred to in  https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40#c15 
and in https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40#c22 can't harm Mageia.

For me upgrading would solve the problem mentioned here
