I think you would go faster by doing it directly in the SQL database.

Looking through the code, there's no admin Web frontend; in
http://svnweb.mageia.org/soft/mga-mirrors/trunk/lib/MGA/Mirrors/DB.pm
I found add_host_change_request() (but how does a change request get
registered?), apply_change_request(), add_or_update_host(), but
nothing related to removing.
