"Import Mandriva package" can be confusing, it's easy to understand it
as Mandriva documentation. Maybe something like "Import Mageia
documentation package (based on Mandriva spec file)" would be more clear.

Yes. You should be able to remove them :
 svn rm svn+ssh://svn.mageia.org/svn/packages/cauldron/mageia-doc
 svn rm svn+ssh://svn.mageia.org/svn/packages/misc/mageia-doc/
