mageia.org hosts forums for some locales:
 * English: http://forums.mageia.org/en/
 * German: http://forums.mageia.org/de/ (todo: view bug 655)
 * others on demand (see
http://mageia.org/wiki/doku.php?id=web:forums#asking_for_a_forum_in_a_specific_language)

And other communities host a Mageia forum in their own locale:
 * French, through MLO - should be redirected to it from
http://forums.mageia.org/fr/
 * Spanish, through Blogdrake - same, from http://forums.mageia.org/es/

It is needed first to get from these two groups what exact URL to redirect to.
