[Mageia-webteam] release-notes.html edits

I am not sure who should get this message but I have a comment about the
release-notes.html file.  The particiular file I am looking at is:

http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/mageia/distrib/cauldron/x86_64/release-notes.html

In the section "Using Mageia Control Center :" the contraction "do'nt" is
misspelled.  The apostrophe should be between the n and the t not between
the o and the n.  It appears twice in that paragraph.  It is better style
not to to use contractions...use "do not" instead.

Also, the file contains:

Mageia mirrors web application/a></div>

There needs to be a "<" in front of the "/a>"...
