Edits of commit messages do not appear to appear at the ViewVC at
http://svnweb.mageia.org/ .

For example, look at
http://svnweb.mageia.org/packages/updates/1/msec/current/SPECS/msec.spec?view=log
.
A (SILENT) has been added to the commit msg lines of r151602, but they are not
shown in the web interface.
