In http://www.mageia.org/fr/community/ :

If I click on "Forum" in the "Boîte à outils", I end up in the *English* forum.
The link is to https://forums.mageia.org (so without "/en/")

But if I go to the bottom of the page, to "Planet | Blog | Forum", and choose
"Forum" there, I end up where I should go, in the *French* forum
The link is to https://forums.mageia.org/fr/

The "forum" link in "Conversations" works the same, It links to
https://forums.mageia.org/fr/ and you end up in
http://www.mageialinux-online.org/forum/
