Description of problem: I was going to change my e-mail set for
bugs.mageia.org. Unfortunatelly, user Preference --> Name and Password doesn't
have an option to change an e-mail. Bugzilla
(http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/3.6/en/html/userpreferences.html #5.10.4) says
"... you can change your basic account information, including your password,
email address and real name."

Am I missing somthing?
