Could you please provide a correct commit message & not only a part 
which does not reflect the change you did on the spec ?
here you did also add virtuoso-devel as a BR, remove another 
buildrequires, changes  the %setup ,%build & %install part , changes 
also the %files list...
So from my point of view your commit message does not really show what 
you did on the package...
