Well, we already more or less standardized it for most drakx* stuff
(the various parts of the installer stack, drakxtools, drakx-net, drakconf,
...) :
- we log important stuff into NEWS so that the one doing the release
  knows what has changed
- we don't care about ChangeLog anymore (we keep the old ones
  but we never update them anymore
  eg: we never updated drakx's ChangeLog for at least 5 years
  (since at lest 2007, not easy to know exactly since we lost one
  year of changes due to the server corruption)
  urpmi & rpmdrake ones were last updated in 2008, ...
