I don't see the logic in your doings.
If using a button as you propose you have to use the same order in 
creating the users, so you have to write down, in which orde you have 
created them.
Wouldn't it be easier to write down their UIDs and GIDs and use the 
existing advanced button?
And wouldn't that be a lot easier then the dummy user way you are 
using at the moment?
And a second problem: As Michael pointed out, there are at least 4 
"starting UIDs" arround, so the whole purpose of your proposal is 
ruined when having more then two distros...
A better way (but not as easy to do) would be to parse existing 
/etc/passwd files on other partitions and propose to take the UID/GID 
settings from those.
