Anybody can post an announcement there, as well.  Can something be
pu in the initial blurb there?  But I thought that Marja would
suggest that the moderator of the IRC channel would be first choice as
moderator at Linux Questions. Is there somebody with authority to kick
users off, or can anybody do that as well?  I don't run IRC often.
