On the contrary - if I select any part, that is quoted correctly.  It
is with messages without selection that quoting fails.

Hmm - I tried to download a Mageia contributor's key last week (can't
remember whose), and that also failed.  I only tried the
TBird/Enigmail download.  I assume the command-line would have worked,
but then selecting the best keyserver can be an issue.  IMO
propagation between keyservers is not as good as it used to be.

For personal reasons I'm very short of time just now, so I didn't
investigate further.
