Hello,
The dual arch ISO is not "all supported" media. Though the
installation process supports all locales, the packages included are
only
Belarussian,
Catalan,
German,
English,
Spanish,
Franch,
Hungarian,
Italian,
Polish,
Portuguese,
Ukrainian
If you install it without internet connection or other media
available, that's the only locales you will get.
