[Mageia-i18n] Status of pt_BR translation process

I'm proud to announce that 25% of pt_BR translation process is done.
This is an quarter of all. Unfortunately, I'm just only. However now an new
translator joined: Luciano Rampazzo.
I'm intended reach the milestone of 50% in next 10 days.
