Great! Thx for your initiative Rémi!

May I suggest to do the work in the wiki? Like:

 - create a page 'mageia.org_statutes_en'
 - put a FIXME tag on top (or "Work in progress" in bold)
 - copy the French text to it and then start translating

Doing so, leave the French text intact and write the translation of
each chapter below the French - this will make it easy for
proofreaders and fellow translators.
