[Mageia-i18n] Script to import Mandriva translations

For what i have seen in mageia transifex, all translations that are
created when theres a new team appear empty, but this could be
avoided, and just import the translations from mandriva since they are
equal at regarding drak tools, (and of course replace Mandriva with
Mageia)

And also would be a good idea to import existant translations from
Mandriva even if theres no team in Mageia for those languages, that
way will be ensured a good international support in Mageia, and the
new teams can already find .po files already done, that way will ALSO
save a lot of work.

Create a script to import Mandirva translations?
