You'd no problem with that for contributing at Mandriva...
What's more you already published your email in ml, ...

Putting emails in changelog is an established & standard practice.
Not putting the emails in changelog is just making harder to peer
review new packages

And how are they supposed to know that if they can't be educated, aka
they cannot
asked the packager who can redirect them to bugzilla on the first email?
