For hard links, Nanar made a script to do it :

All rpm files are hard links to cauldron. All other files (around 690MB)
are not hard links.

It's safe to hard link rpm files, as they are removed and created again
when updated. But for other files, most of them will be modified in
cauldron, and we are not sure if they are created/replaced when modified.
