I know that everybody is busy with the release. But this issue may be
as important for release time as announcements and other text. Would
it not be nice if we could add this "The German forum has opened up"
to the German translations of Mageia's release announcements, instead
of pointing German users to the MandrivaUser community?

Now, in order to have a working forum by release date (or just one day
after) there is only one small thing to do:
The set administrator (whoever that is) has to make Oliver and me
admins of the forum, so I can do all translations of the section
descriptions and other setup and we could open the forum.

About the redirection issue: this can be solved later, it will be ok
for the start to give the complete URL with trailing slash in the
announcements and the (German) web page.
