[Mageia-sysadm] Who made the decision to start putting Mageia 2 on the mirrors before qa approved the isos?

Well, the decision to start pushing release tree to the mirrors, is
that it takes ~2 days for all mirrors to catch up, so we need to be
out in time.

Now the problem was / is not the pre-mirroring, but the fact that api
server was changed too fast....

Well, the iso tree is not pushed yet as qa has not approved them yet,
so nothing has changed in that respect.

And we can/will still respin isos if decided necessary.
