[Mageia-sysadm] Who made the decision to start putting Mageia 2 on the mirrors before qa approved the isos?

Or that Mga::Mirror mirrors cache was not cleared so that only valid
mirrors are listed.

It should already be the case now :
http://mirrors.mageia.org/api/mageia.2.x86_64.list
All mirrors listed by mirrorslist should have Mageia 2.
It was not the case during this night because Mga::Mirror didn't clear
its cache of valid Mageia 2 mirrors yet.
