[Mageia-artwork] Wallpaper wiki

Hello everybody
As discussed in yesterday's meeting, I created a wiki page for the new
wallpaper for Mga2.

Have a look, change what needs changing, post your feedback... you know the
drill.
Furthermore, we need to decide exactly how the default wallpaper will be
chosen and how the contest will work (although I think ennael is taking
care of that last one). That will probably go in another thread, but start
thinking about it!
