I don't know if any of those people seeing "those problems" ever had to 
organize anything. Or if they are in a leading position in a company or a 
community of any kind.
If not, let me tell you, that there is a lot of work going on just now. And 
there's no rush, why should there be?
The founding group made it clear that there will be a provisonal board in 
place, a third of which will be reelected after some time. And the whole board 
will have to be elected once a year. What else do you want.
I'm very hapy, the before mentioned founding group are there. If they weren't 
neither of us could be, so please be patient.
The work will begin, when the work will begin, if that is now or in two weeks 
or in four weeks doesn't matter.
So let them do their work!
