[Mageia-dev] installer stage2 now uses perl-5.14

Hi

The installer stage2 now uses perl-5.14 instead of perl-5.12 as in Mga1.
It looks like it works OK.
Please report any regression.
(For the record, we did have regressions when we switched from perl-5.10
to perl-5.12 such as bugs #29 & #39)
